How deposits, balance payments, cancellations and refunds work when you book a tour with us. Please read these before you book.

Deposits
A £100-per-place deposit secures a private departure of your chosen tour for your own group of 2–8 people. The deposit counts toward the full price of the tour — it is not an extra charge. Prices are shown per person in GBP (£).
Paying the balance
The remaining balance is due 45 days before the tour starts. If the balance is not paid by that deadline, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the deposit is forfeited (non-refundable). We will remind you before the deadline, but it is your responsibility to pay the balance on time.
Cancellations & no-shows
If you cancel your booking, miss the balance-payment deadline, or do not show up for the tour, the deposit — and any balance you have already paid — is non-refundable. We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance to cover circumstances that may force you to cancel.
If we cancel
If Authentic Foods cancels a tour, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid us, including the deposit. This is the only situation in which the deposit is refundable.
What's included and not included
Each tour page lists exactly what is included and what is not. In general our tours are fully inclusive on the day — airport or station pickup, all transfers, all food and drink, a few local souvenirs, and drop-off at the end. Flights or other transport to Turkey, and your accommodation, are not included.
Prices
All prices are shown per person in GBP (£). The price you see on the tour page is the full per-person price; the deposit is part of that price, not an addition to it.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Please review them before booking, as the version in force at the time of your booking will apply.

Note: this page sets out our booking policy only. Full legal terms and conditions — including the trading entity, company details and consumer-rights wording — still need to be drafted and reviewed by a suitably qualified person before the site goes live and takes real payments.
